Try to set a goal of a more neutral mindset and better control of your thoughts if you can, because where your mind goes, your emotions, and life, follow. In the same vein, our word choices also matter. Try to stay constructive, focus on loving and forward-looking thoughts and words. It will help you and your family and friends as well.
