I'm totally hypermobile in my hips...my knees hyperextend...my shoulders are pretty loosey-goosey. But my ankles are tight, my fingers are tight, my wrists have no mobility at all.

Keep forever in your conscientiousness a bit of skepticism. The wonderment of a practitioner who listens and reinforces is a terrific balm unto it's self. Keep looking for the good. Stay aware of the other possibility.
