But once I got the book I discovered I had latent trigger points all over my body. My pelvis is twisted and dipped to the left, and thus my posture is bad. The pelvis involvement might be why the craniosacral therapy worked.
This seemed to be some sort of key to better posture. My spine seems lest twisted and my body less torqued around. I am going top go back in 2 weeks this time. I wonder if the improvement I first felt will go away.
