I had to read your post before I did my treatment. What great news. I hope this helps you get to the next stage.
I also know about the negative self talk. I noticed myself doing exactly that one day. Every time it hurt I focused on the pain, talking to myself about how much it hurt, expressed my frustration. So, I spent a day instead focusing on how much it didn't hurt and how much progress I have made and it was amazing to experience the pain disappearing.
Anyone else taking Cymbalta at the lowest dosage? I'm only going to take one a day and start tomorrow.

You are getting what you want out of your dr because you are knowledagable and proactive. We dont have time to waste with people who dont beleive in us, so it is wonderful to see and hear about someone on the same page.
You ktnow how I feel about the warm water therapy. When I can, i go 4 days a week, and the warm water, laps, makes me feel like my old self and just helps my mood, makes you feel good. I am sure you are going to like it.

I take Savella, which has the norephinephrine and seretonin both in it to help with pain and mood respectively, very similiar to Cymbalta and i dont get side effects.
