It's difficult not to be validated by the medical community or your loved ones. Too often, doctor's dismiss or are clueless about muscle dysfunction. In the beginning of my journey, I went to the library and took out as many books as I could on the subject. That helped me in talking to my doctors and in learning self care.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with my PT and Im considering to try acupuncture although at 50 per session is expensive albeit maybe worth a try.
