I spent a lot of time on the internet reading a lot of positive articles. Learned a lot of stuff that I was doing wrong and corrected them. Some are a work in progress, but what I have learned is that you are entitled to your emotions, just don't dwell. Get them out and think of the positives. You just have to. You are right, it's not that easy to calm down, but with practice it does get easier. I wish you the very best. Peace and Courage, Kim
PS great name. lol I'm gonna get confused. lol
I don't have any MG poems to share, but sometimes I read the following every day just for encouragement. I hope it helps you.
Youll Get Through This One Day at a Time
Try not to worry. Try to look at what you're going through as a challenge rather than an obstacle, a time to develop patience. To achieve more objectivity, detach yourself from the struggle. Have confidence in yourself, and realize that you can change your attitude even if you can't change the circumstances. Look closely at your troubles. Don't let them cause you to give up.
Befriend them and learn from them. Feel them lose their power over you. Allow them to teach you what you want to know and move on. Try not to be afraid.
You're a survivor. You're going to handle this. You're going to find strength you didn't know you had and grace to deal with what ever comes along. Pretty soon, you'll be on the other side , and it's just a matter of time until you will look back on this time in your life and draw strength from the knowledge that even though the road was rocky, you persevered and carried on.

The IVIG's that I have gotten before I NEVER had a problem with, BUT for some reason this was either a BAD batch or New type that I had never had before and they said that some people can't handle different/certain kinds?! I DID make sure that they checked to see that it wasn't the one that was recalled and it wasn't.
I developed Phelbitis in my veins ( infection ) MAJOR PAIN and my veins are still in pain and feel like cement!! Any one else had a problem with IVIG?
I did post a poem that I found if anyone wants to check it out!?
Thanks again EVERYONE :)
MG sucks big time but you need think outside the box and find ways to have fun despite the MG.
