withdrawal and shortage of gamunex-c

these should be an interest to all of us mg- patientssurance inform


i have received a letter from my insurance to inform me, of a witdraw of gamunex-c was issued by grefolls theraputics due to higher rate of allergic reactions and side effects that may represent a potential health hazard or safety risk to plan members.



the lot #of witdraw is as follows: A4GLD00502 exp' 04.06/22



after contacted the fda and no explanation i called GRIFFOL'S THERAPUTICS and got all needed info, the one i was most concern as a generalized bulbar, was the side effects (short of breath,chocknig, dificukies breathing, swallow tonge ect)


those are the ones that all of us should be concern and if any have these dificulties they should not wait and contact your neuro


also i was tols that theyr is no shoratage of gamunex


please just be aware of this situation and minotor yourselfs carefully to avoid problems

sorry that i forgot to mention fats as they where relay to me by the pharmacoly therapies., and more for us bulbars, as they are more severe that for other types of mg

i would advise that anybody whom have a more severe reactions to these side effects, do not hesitate to see yur neuro
