I can't imagine that a lot of anybody on DailyStrength are looking for support while they are out running around, using their smart phones. Smart phones imply mobility ; when I am looking to receive/provide support, I am sitting on my favorite couch with my laptop in front of me, but that's just me. This was a bad move on DS's part, and I only come here occasionally now. I have lost part of my family, but am grateful for the amount of knowledge I have acquired from all of you. I feel bad for all of the newcomers though (they arrive almost daily it seems), for it is clear to me that they will unfortunately not receive the welcome that I rec'd.
So sad.
I've given them some direct advice and they've now made fonts bigger and discussion titles more bold. That might have reduced the number of posts per screen. I certainly liked the table format from the old site showing the date of the last post. It does seem like a student programmer designed it!
