Hi everyone, I had my thyme tommy on Tuesday, I was super hopeful I would be home by now, but some breathing problems have kept me boucing from stepson back to ICU. Regardless, aside from that pesky breathing thing, I am doing well. The extended time I took researching my care takers was definitely time well spent. I might even go from ICU right out the front door to home tomorrow.

Hi Maureen ,

We all know your having a relaxing time and enjoying theses ICU nurses taking good care of all your needs ha ha no seriously , you will be home before you know it .

Keep getting better and allow yourself to heal when you get home so don't put on your Wonder Woman outfit just yet.

I am home! So glad to have both surgeries behind me. Gonna try to catch up on the sleep I missed in the hospital. I ended up with a collapsed then a "white out" lung. Now it's infected so I am laying low in my bed with my 8 year old watching the Disney channel until I am all better. I have to walk every hour, and blow up my little lung toy, so I'll be busy enough. Thanks for all the well wishes..
