you look great- you must be better! Or ,
Your muscles need to build up-- try squats. What?
Be well,
You should exercise more!
"Thanks, but He is still punishing me for my sins."
MG is a physical disease brought about by an imperfect and evolving immune system, and folks who get should not try to avoid natural selection in action. Who the heck are we that we think we are so important and valuable that we deserve to be an exception to nature's effort to toss the bad genes? We didn't do something wrong to get it; we didn't deserve it, but in a world ruled by the survival of the fittest, we are losers.
We are a burden on the medical system, insisting on getting outrageously expensive drugs and treatments and endless consumption of medical resources in our pathetic attempts to be "normal." Our lives are worth nothing in the billions on earth--and the excessive spending on our health likely condemns a few thousand infants in the third world to death each month.
We should just die and decreases the surplus population as Ebenezer Scrooge said.
Willy S. said "Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more; it is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. "

Doctor:
Its about your own will power and fitness level
Me:
Oh! So I am willing my own spit to trickle into my lungs and if I lift some weights then all of that will stop then, right?
I see why others do. It is nuts, completely unpredictable and insane.
People really don't know what to do with those folks with an invisible illnesses that are in the in-between zone. Look fairly well but are really sick but not sick enough to constantly be in a hospital bed or in a wheelchair.
Someone asked me yesterday if I took vitamins..... :-) Barbel
