I'm not so sure about the B12 but B vitamins in general certainly help the leg cramps I have. My naturopath prescribed them and they stopped cramps I'd suffered from for over 4 months, after multiple trips to the doctor.
Potassium is critical for me also. If my level is at the low end of normal, I have an abnormal EKG and trouble breathing. I tell people I am a finely tuned machine and I am 200% stronger when everything is balanced perfectly.
