Sleep has been a issue for me. If I am active I sleep well but then when I need to rest alot I can't sleep so that makes my mg worse. I have to strike a balance here soon. I have to take sleeping pills if I am going somewhere special because I get so excited. I missed a big event last night because I was too excited the night before and then couldnt sleep. I know it sounds minor but this is starting to negatively impact my life.
