Are you on predisone. I remember a comment from my neurologist about jaw and predisone or alendondrate. May the situation of rarity also.

Like Ann, I just eat soft foods for several days and it gets better.
I have had to take a lot of breads, salads and harder to chew things out of my diet and this helps.
