I am concerned about your pain. MG usually doesn't cause pain unless we over use the muscles.

That joint pain? I have friends who are diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (another autoimmune condition). Your symptoms sound similar. (It may just be something to be eliminated - from the possible list of causes.)
