I just wanted to post a positive event that happened today. I had a great day today. My MG was not overly active today, and I went out and had a great time in the woods with some friends. Hiking was a lot of effort, and there were quite a few times we had to stop for a few for me to rest, but overall it was a very great day. Got to be one with nature, and it made me feel so good. I know tomorrow I will sadly be very weak, but it was so worth it. Day's like today make me feel I can conquer the world. I'm just really happy that I got a day where my MG wasn't the first and only thing on my mind. :)

Get some rest now and think mpositive. Maybe tomorrow will not be as bad as you may think. Glad you were able to be with friends and enjoy nature.being outside is one of my favorite things even if I am just sitting .

awesome that you had a great day, that truely is all any of us want.. It sounds like you had a great time, and that means a lot.

I am happy you were able to enjoy your friends and the outdoors! What a wonderful way to spend the day! We all know overdoing it can have its effects the following day, but Remember the mind is very powerful so if it is said tomorrow will be bad for you then it is more likely to be so...therefore, my wish for you is that tomorrow will be just as good, if not better than today!! It can't hurt anything :)

It was definitely a great day. Today however, is a walker day. Woke up and almost fell out of bed. Legs are pretty weak, and sore, but that was to be expected. It is alright though, I'm quite content with it. I had a ton of fun yesterday, so anything I deal with for the next couple days is completely worth it. I felt so alive yesterday, and I haven't felt that way in years.
