Hopefully the IVIG will kick in, for you real soon.

I'm so sorry you're feeling bad. If you feel like sleeping, SLEEP. Your body is trying to tell you something. Maybe a call to your neuro would be in order. I know you've been in Milwaukee for a few days and probably got behind on some work but get some help or just leave it. Deb, I worry about you.
Luv ya, Gail
I did better with the sleeping yesterday, and will call with the chest/tummy thing on Monday, if it is still bothersome.
Good to hear you are better today. Let us know what your neuro says about the chest/tummy problems.
Love Theresa
I think I read somewhere that the cells that we are getting in an IVIG are very large, and they tend to suck up a lot of water once they get in our bodies, so you get a little dehydrated unless you drink lots of water. Maybe that makes you tired? Or the effects from the Benadryl?
I just didn't like the IVIG, and wondered if I would get better outcome if I just took the day off and rested. I also wondered if I could just take the cash ($10,000-20,000) for these treatments and go on a stress-free vacation. What would that do for my MG?
Certainly, a nice sum of money like that would allay some stress. And since stress is connected to how my MG is doing, I think i can safely say that infusions of $$$ are what I prefer, not IVIG... ~joe
In our dreams, although you are probably right.
Benadryl, even small amounts, turns me into a zombie for 24 hours. When I have needed it for allergic reactions, they have had to give me the liquid so I can take smaller doses. b.
