Now, a year later, I have made it to January without any serious health issues, and I try to take a one and half hour nap every day. Two years ago, while still working, I was hospitalized 3 time between September and March.
Rest as much as you can. The better you are rested the stronger your body will be.

Your body is telling you something. If I push myself at all these days I find I sleep a lot for the next several days, up to 12 hrs at a time with my body waking me at 3-5 hr intervals for Mestinon so I can breathe again. If I fight the sleep my body rebels hard.

Also, sleep apnea, which I have, could be making you tired if not treated.
When my MG was at its worst and I had trouble breathing most of the time, the machine was great to fall back on to let me "rest up" my breathing. I have an auto type machine that pushes air in when I breath in and relaxes to let me breath out easily.
I use coffee in the morning to perk me up--it helps too.
