I feel your pain. Yes, one of the side effects of the mestinon is sweating. But (if you are female) could it also be premenapause? Has your MD checked your hormone levels? Also, some of the other medications for MG will cause sweating ( cellcept). How long have you been diagnoised and on MG medications?

I never used to sweat until I started taking mestinon...now my hands and feet sweat all the time.
