Winter does not affect me as bad.
You can do more in cooler weather, but the same thing holds, until you know what MG can throw at you, don't engage in any challenge matches. b.

I find heat affects me most significantly and so very quickly. Cold affects me when I get TOO cold and shiver. I think it's the act of shivering that causes increased muscle weakness.
So, I try to stay cool in the heat and dress in layers in the winter so I never get too cold or too hot.
