Last night I was getting mestinon every three hours around the clock and I experienced tiny little tics all over my body, especially in my tongue. They were not painful, but I worried a little that they would develop into spasms.
Is this normal when having a dosage increase?

Twitching, cramping, spasms are all possible with mestinon. Rather than taking large doses all at once, I separated them (instead of 90 mg in one dose, I took 30 at one time spaced about 90 minutes apart) Didn't get so many muscles misbehaving.
