I haven't had the same problems, the two times I took the prednisone, I felt great, but my husband suffered through fulminatating poison oak dripping arms and all rather than take steroids because of what he had seen and knew. On the advice column, check out the post about anxiety and depression. Right now it is the first one. People posting there have experienced the problems.
