I know that my Diamox causes some tingling, but I've noticed a big
increase in my burning neuropathy since upping my Mestion (Timespan plus another 60mg).
I'm not on any other prescriptions, but I take B12 and D3 for those deficiencies.

IF NOT TALK WITH YOUR PRIMARY AND NEURO ABOUT IT AND ONE OF THEM MAY PUT YOU ON LYRICA OR NUROTIN FOR THE DISCOMFORT.

for me I cannot take statins as I have several reactions to them including tongue swelling but for sure an increase in the enuropathy pain.
I cannot take neuronton or cymbalta I have severe neuropthy both small and large fiber. I have found extremely good relief with metanx which is being prescribed for it more and more.
I have not had any increase in neuropathy pain on mestinon and have taken as much as 180 mg BID plus 90 mg Q4H.
I am wondering likje wab if the diamox is cuaing the pain or something else is causing the increase in pain.
