for me I cannot take statins as I have several reactions to them including tongue swelling but for sure an increase in the enuropathy pain.
I cannot take neuronton or cymbalta I have severe neuropthy both small and large fiber. I have found extremely good relief with metanx which is being prescribed for it more and more.
I have not had any increase in neuropathy pain on mestinon and have taken as much as 180 mg BID plus 90 mg Q4H.
I am wondering likje wab if the diamox is cuaing the pain or something else is causing the increase in pain.
