I don't know about getting emails to alert you about posts, I don't get them though.
Good luck to you!

Also if you are looking at a discussion on the board and want to be notified when others respond you can check the box that says watch this in blue in the top right corner of the topic. Then you will get an email when others comment on this topic.
f you want to follow a discussion there is a "watch this" in the blue bar with the discussion topic and look for other "follow this topic". I say this, although I have had no notifications since last March. The site does have its glitches! Duplications seem to be one of them.
On the right is an activities bar which shows the latest activity of people on site and when you go to "my friends" and click on "home" in the bar above you can see the latest activities of your friends. That is what I have to use to try and keep up.
You may have to change privacy settings to "my friends" to avoid postings like "sandraluvs." Report those to DS and that address will be removed from the entire site, although it may reappear under another name.

My name is Sheri, I was diagnosed on 23OCT with ocular MG. I say this but I am not convinced of it being just ocular since I have weakness in my left arm and core. But thats what the neuro said. He is a 'specialist' in MS, and I would love to find one that 'specializes' in MG. But I am still looking for that.
I really do want to read every thread because there is so much to learn and every little tidbit helps. I am especially interested in using nutrition and supplements to help this from progressing. And I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone!!
