As I only had time & strength to read a few post, due to family health issues, I again am touched by the strength of this group, of the unconditional love, the bare honesty in the face of vulnerabilities, & the true support. I do not like MG but am proud to be a part of this family. What I have learned through MG & being a part of you all....I say is an honor! Just thought I should share that truth & say thank you!!

Yes, I'll second that. My DS family is the best thing to come out of my MG experience. In fact, since I have been feeling a bit sorry for myself, I will have to construct my good list with MG. I recall in December that it started with this group, beautiful Christmas lights with my double vision, and Dr. Peltier.

I agree the DS family gives all of us something we can't get anywhere else!!

I enjoy the love and compassion I feel when reading post on this site, even if the honesty is harsh you know it comes from the heart and is meant for your well being!!!

I agree whole heartedly. I've been a part of this group for over two years. I have found some of my best friends here, whether they are far away or close enough I can see their lovely faces now and then.

There are times we irritate each other but, as Charlotte said, the words spoken are usually meant with our best interest at heart. Sounds a lot like family to me.

So agree witht he rest, I stumbled on to this site 2 years ago and was the best stumbled I have ever done... yall all know how I stumble these days... lol

family... so glad and sad you are here, wish we all could have met differently, but it was lifes journey that brought us together, and I am happy for that.

We see this kind of post pop up around here from time to time. It is as testament to the quality of folks not only in our group, but in the world today. The world is filled with love and understanding. The ones that aren't expressing it or showing it, have not been shown enough of it!
