Here's an article first published in the AANEM regarding pain in MG patients: http://www.newswise.com/articles/pain-often-overlooked-in-myasthenia-gravis-patients
I think the pain of MG is usually around unstable joints like hips or a shoulder where you tried to use weak muscles to pick up something heavy or in your neck from just holding up your head. Cramping is another problem common to MG overlooked by physicians -- it is often related to falling levels of Mestinon (pyridostigmine). In any case treatment response is a good way to separate out the various components. Treating MG may bring unexpected relief to a surprising number of difficulties. It is worse when I am tired.
Just another day in paradise.
