Timespan is a timed release(180MG extended version) used a lot for bedtime to help with symptoms upon waking up. I happen to take it during the day also, as do others as well. Label says do not take it more than every six hours, but can last longer. Regular mestinon is an instant release(60MG) isn't to be taken more(120MG at once) than every four hours, generally speaking and in my neuros/my own opinion. They both take about the same time to start acting, but one will last longer and remain in your system longer.
Check the website and you can call them too.

I am glad that I found this group. I helps me keep my spirits up.
I feel for all of you and believe that the good days are coming upon us.
