my name is Joe. My girlfriend been diagnosed with mg. Last couple of years. She takes a mest8non really helps her. Especially with swallowing and breathing. She lost her insurance and we cant buy it. sorry about your situation, in your case you may have some help from your state, in regard of the med that you cannot afford as your girlfriend lost her insurance,
i would go to the emrgency see a neuro, and force a bit the situation explainimg what is happening and that you are in need of mestinon, , also you can try to contact the manufacturer since i know that all drugs companies have some kind of reduced paying the regular price of the med.
