Low Dose Naltrexone

I was diagnosed with ocular MG 4 years ago. Double vision is my primary symptom. Mestinon does not work for me. I've been reading about possible benefits of low dose Naltrexone but have not found any testimonials. Has anyone tried low dose Naltrexone? If so, what was your experience?

They are not recent discussions, but it's maybe a place to get you started. The feedback there seems mixed. Some good, some also good but had to stop the Naltrexone after not so much time, due to blood tests.

Hi there - I have been taking LDN since January. To be honest, i don't think it is doing anything, and I was very hopeful. I'm going to take it for a few more months to see if it just starts working all of a sudden. To be fair, I have been under a fair amount of stress and haven't been eating that well either. I was feeling awesome last summer on a gluten-free diet. I would like to get back to a gluten-free. For some reason I keep lying to myself that I don't need to do it. All I have to do is look back to last year and remember how energetic I felt. I might actually see a difference with LDN if I did that.
