Almost all members of the forum have contributed to it one way or another, through postings on discussions of particular interest or bringing articles or discussions to the attention of one of the administrators or the founder of the group; but anyone can post a discussion there, just as on the main page.
The only difference is that the Links Group is moderated to some extent. Only the DS powers-that-be can change what is posted on the main discussion page. If you find problems in the Links Group, such as the links no longer work, please let the founder or one of the administrators know.
