I hope this finds each of you surviving the heat and doing well!
I have an IVIg question- when I first started IVIg, I was using Gammagaurd with premeds of benedryl &, solumedryl, and although I could tell great results physically, it gave me horrific migraines. So after 3 infusions of Gammagaurd, it was changed to Caruimine(sp?) and my premeds were changed up to be benedryl, torradol, & Tylenol.
With the new infusion med, I don't have the migraines but I also don't see the improved physical effects they I saw with them previous infusion solution. Is it normal for there to be a difference in brands like this or how your body processes it?
Honestly, I just had my third infusion last week with the new formula and other than it helping me come out of crisis in June, I have seen no benefit form using it. Should I wait awhile or go ahead and call my neuro? I am temped to ask to go back on the first formula that I saw results from each time and ask to use my current premeds and see if that makes a difference.
Thoughts and experiences would be appreciated!

You have to decide, but I personally would be tempted to ask for the original Ivig formula now that there is headache relief available.
According to the infusion pharmacist, gammagard is not glucose based and better quality than some of the others. Unfortunately, none of the formulas helped me.
