It appears that of the people reporting side effects 3.71 reported muscle weakness of varying degrees.
My only experience was decades ago when I did not have muscle weakness. I only took it for a short time, less then two weeks. It caused me to have a witnessed seizure in which I fell to the ground cracking a rib. I did not have a known seizure disorder but it seems to have lowered my seizure threshold.
Not sure any of this is applicable. You will no doubt be starting at a low dose so I think if you are watchful you will be able to judge if you have changes. Also with this sort of medication it is good to have a friend or family member watching you for changes in thoughts, mood or behavior.
