I do know eating protein helps and many small meals for sugar that is all I know,
but with me... my MG symtoms are less, or should I say, I know I am worse, when I eat junky foods such as high salt. I am going to weight watchesr now because I am on predisone and I was craving everything.
As far as cognition.....yes it is worse for me in relation to being tired.
We have to be rested and eat healthy...seriously healthy....and high protien. At least that is what helps me.
