Hello everyone, I just have some questions about immigrating with a MG. I'm from asia and ive been planning to immigrate to canada for better opportunities. I found out that i was qualified for the express entry but i checked the requirments and it said that any person who has an autoimmune disease may be inadmissable to the country.
So my heart broke a little since my MG is not that severe. I can still work i just need the meds. Has anyone tried migrating to another country with mg before? Or does anyone know any developed country where having an autoimmune disease is not an automatic disqualifier for a visa? I love it here but the mestinon is so expensive they almost take up half of my salary.

My thought is that since MG is not communicable, I don't see why it should be an impediment to your immigrating here. Ditto for Canada, especially since you otherwise qualify for express entry there.
Don't give up! Try to find a qualified attorney or maybe a disabilities advocate group who can advise you.
I have heard that if you have a Sam's Club or Costco membership, Mestinon is quite affordable. Generic Mestinon only costs me a $20.00 copay for 3 months worth at 360 mgs per day.
Also, your mestinon is very cheap and affordable! My mestinon costs me about $65 a month with 20% off already. The price went up this year so im really spending a lot for it.
