As of today I'm 7 days into absolutely no medications , no Mestinon , Imuran , prednisone , plex etc... I feel really good , did an 18 mile bike run to the beach and got my vitamin D as well ha ha.

I'm sure that continuing to play while sick has been one of the reasons I've stayed out of the ER for 2.5 years. Flute playing requires strong diaphragm muscles!

I have my sleep test next week and he says he will be able to see a difference in oxygen levels to see if I have apnea or hypoventilation and that he is good at getting the government to approve a BiPap over a CPAP if needed, as he expects I'd need a BiPap in the future at some point with the MG. He asked all the right kind of questions and told me I was one of the most informed patients he'd ever had.
So good news Wednesday continued for many of us into Thursday. Hurray for all the successes here!

My news is that I got a good report, a hug, and an all-clear from my surgeon to get back to regular life after thymectomy! I went to the gym for the first time since the IVIG circus/meningitis/myasthenic crisis of early June, and while I was slow and clunky, it felt good to move and work up a little sweat. :)
