I also started prednisone at that time and it did help me A LOT!
The symptoms you are listing are not what I would consider "functional" and I believe your doctor should be given a call or a visit right away!
The weather may still effect you, but when it is getting at you to the point that your breathing is involved... it is time to make a new plan!
