There are a lot of people on this site that have CPAP or BIPAP machines. I used to wake up gagging or waking my husband up snoring (which I denied). I no longer have to take any type of sleep aid, and I sleep anywhere from 5-8 hours each night. I had a hard time getting used to the level of humidity that I could tolerate, because I kept taking my mask off. After that issue was resolved, I keep the mask on all night--most nights.
