I wouldn't let it get to that point again if possible.
My perception of this ...it is like all the rest of our muscles. When we over work, mg kicks in and we get that body part weak.
I had a crisis and two severe asthma attacks.
Not fun.
Don't move furniture again without help.
Hopefully with rest you will get strong again and realize how careful we have to be.
I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. I will also have more questions for you!

IT IS BEVER A BAD IDEA TO GO TO THE E.R. BUT IF YOU DO NOT AND YOU DO NOT GET BETTER IN A HALF HOUR OR START TO GET WORSE THEN JUST GO IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
