Have you ever been to one of their meetings?
I actually go to New Orleans MG Chapter, which is much closer than the FL Chapters. Plus, my wife loves going to New Orleans.

It helped my primary on my most recent visit to differentiate the newest numbness and weakness in my right arm that did not respond to pyridostigmine. It turns out to be radiculopathy involving C8 and my differentiating it from the weakness I feel from my on going muscle weakness and numbness that comes with neuropathy or Raynauds. Boy are we all complicated! How we present information tho can be instrumental in the physician choosing the right tests, in my case an EMG and nerve conduction study, that led to more answers.
