I have no experience with Tacrolimus but some people here might be able to be more specific to that drug.
I am on my second try with tacrolimus. My neuro and I decided to take me off of it the first time due to some malabsorption issues. I could not get my trough levels high enough but I tolerated it well with no side effects. This time we are trying liquid tacrolimus. I could not tolerate cellcept due to ulcers and imuran due to low white counts.
Hope it works for you!

Both the infection and the antibiotic could be making your MG worse. Actually, I am inclined to think when your MG is acting up badly without ANY explanation, have your teeth checked! in additioon to regukar dental visits. An electric toothbrush is not a luxury, it is a necessity. We often don't have the energy at night to do proper brushing, never mind flossing, holding our arms up shortens and weakens our efforts and if anyone really likes to go to the dentist, I don't think they have mentioned it! Chronic dental problems keep our immune system revved and the antibiotics to treat it and the topical anesthetics are all risky (see medications and myasthenia in the links group or at myasthenia.org). b.
