One must be extremely careful with potassium as changing the balance can also cause cardiac arrest, in the more extreme examples, as I am told. Supplementing potassium should be done only under the advice of your physician, in cases where blood tests show a deficiency.

Which is also an autoimmune-condition, sometimes seen with MG.

Yes! Potassium levels - are important.
Believe it, or not? So - are magnesium levels.
But neither of these - are anything to play around with.

It was more frequent for about a month when I started and then when I upped my mestinon. I don't get them very often now.
