Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a neuromuscular disease leading to fluctuating muscle weakness and fatiguability. The hallmark of myasthenia gravis is muscle weakness that increases during periods of activity and improves after periods of rest. Although myasthenia gravis may affect any voluntary muscle, muscles that control eye and eyelid movement, facial expression, and...
Once I started the Mestinon, my Bricanyl use decreased exponentially. It had few side effects except for feeling warm and a little lightheaded.
Would better MG treatment mean you wouldn't need to use the Bricanyl? But if you are taking other therapies and it helps you breath better, it might have fewer side effects than increasing steroid dose, for example.

Thank you for your reply. Actually I do not have asthma. I do not have breathing problems also. My neuro advised me to try this drug, actually i dont want to try, becasue I have no breathing problems. I'm looking for solutions for my internal fatigue problems. So I dont know that I have to try Bricanyl or not.
Only I have internal fatigue problems. It is totally different from muscle weakness. My muscular energy is rather good. Mestinon improves my muscular strength, but it has no effect on this internal fatigue.
I can walk 15-20 meters and need to sit right away. I actually prefer to lie down because sitting makes me tired. I must lie after 5 minutes of sitting. When I stand, I suddenly experience shortness of breath, palpitation and slight elevation of blood pressure. Severe internal fatigue forces me to sit and get some rest. One of the other problem that I have is muscle pain. They pain very badly when I get tired.
It feels like my insides are tired. Not my legs, but inside of my chest and abdomine. Maybe my heart, My back muscles feel extremely fatigued most of the time.
Mestinon gives me nausea and stomach aches. I have taken Adderall to increase my energy, but can only take 2.5mg twice per week. It raises my blood pressure and heart rate. I really don't like it so I am trying L Glutamine, L Carnitine along with Co Q10 and Alpha lipoic acid. Too soon to tell if it will help. I've been trying to walk at least 3 X per week. My legs are not affected at all. I just feel so fatigued and worn out inside and my back muscles.
