My perfect temp is 68, day or night, but I'm afraid I'd be a single woman.
I notice when I lay down at night I feel warmer for the first five minutes then I need another cover...then another and another. I have learned to have them folded back so I can gradually pull them over. OF course they can need to come off again just as quickly.
I also like to sleep with a fan if I feel warm and there is no outside breeze.
Had to smile at Lissim's comment on husband and temperature. It is disconcerting to my husband who has seen me perfectly comfortable at 80 degrees.....As well as putting on leg warmers and a knit hat at 80 degrees because my body temperature was too low....and also drinking cold icey drinks at 80 degrees and turning on the AC because I felt too hot.
For sure if I get overheated my muscles get much weaker. I absolutely cannot get into a hot tub or I turn into a jelly fish.
