During routine blood work late last year it was discovered that my B12 levels were far below normal. I received weekly injections for 6 weeks, then monthly for four months and I now take a supplement daily of 1000 mcg. This is a small pill that you dissolve under your tongue.
My B12 levels are in the normal range now and I will take this supplement forever. I have no idea if it is 'helping' me in any way or not. But being 'normal' has to be good, right?
