Just wondering.... I keep hoping ill bump into someone who lives nearby, and I don't think it has happened yet. This is a rough time, and it would help to know someone around here, even just on this site. They say vermont has a large cluster of MG patients, yet when I first asked my MG specializing neurologist he didn't think there was one. Yet here we all are...

Hello, I lived in Vermont for 11 years. I now live in MA. I to have MG I have known for over 3years and I have never met anyone that has MG. I see a Nero in Brattleboro, VT. I am the only person that she see's that has MG. How long have you known that you have MG? It would be nice to talk to someone that has the something that you have. Someone that knows what you are going through. My name is Cassndra 41 years old and married.

I just burst into tears at your message! It's great to know you're close by. I am 35 and married with a 2 year old and 3.5 year old. I was only diagnosed at the beginning of may. It has been a whirlwind of crap since then. Have you thought about finding someone else who has more experience with MG?

I worked with a Laboratory Director who had a Prolactinoma and he had the surgery.

These things are not all that uncommon. Sounds as though MG is quite uncommon and that can be very frustrating for the patient and the physician alike.

He knew, and knows, exactly what I'm going through. It's a great relief when you meet someone who knows your trials.

Yes I have been wanting to meet someone that has MG. I haven't been feeling well here lately. I couldn't work Monday or today. I have been layed up in the bed no energy. Where do u live?

Although I'm in New Hampshire, about 50 miles from the Vermont border, I DID have Vermont maple syrup on my pancakes and sausage this morning.....does that count :-)

Hello Erica, I hope your 2 days of IVIG is going well this week, I know it can make you feel a bit off and quite tired, more importantly I hope that you are feeling well.

I did not grow up in Vermont...wish I did though!! It's a wonderful state. I did live in Vermont from 1989 though 1993 in Brattleboro, its such wonderful town. I have always loved Vermont and actually New Hampshire and Maine as well, they are such beautiful states. W are certainly fortunate to live in New England.

I didn't grow up in Vermont. I am from NC. I moved to Vermont in 2001-2012. I lived in Vernon VT. I now live in Shelburne Falls Mass. Are u from VT? Do u ever come down Brattleboro area? Or Rutland?
