Antibodies after covid 19 immunizations?

Any one here had an atibody test after having the vaccine?


What was your results and what immunosuppressant were/are you taking?

Hi Scott

2 weeks ago i had the antibody test do to my dificulties with my co ranges do to the vaccine side effects with extreme fatigue. normaly around 92 to 95, where flying beetwen 72 down to 65.

the problem as i knew it was not the inmuno supression with mg, but associated with my thallassemia
so as they came negative, dr, told me that we continue with prednosne on low dose 5 mgs. every other day, my pyristigamine (mestidone also at 39 mgs dayli

my neuro also set me out with a eminent ematologist to deal what they can do related to my thallassemia and how to help the production of red cells

I tested my antibody levels and they were high. I’m part of a community surveillance Reseach study run by a local university. Plus the rare disease community is looking for volunteers to test antibodies for free. It’s a Serosurvey. I’ve also volunteered for this research study. .

I’m doubly-vaccinated (Moderna) and on IVIG. My neuro said that, as a result of my IVIG, a test would be highly unreliable. Antibodies could be mine or could be imported. I do believe I’ve developed antibodies however, as my second jab triggered a sustained MG flare (my old friends Ptosis and DV) starting about two weeks after my second shot. My neuro said she’s seen quite a few vaccination-induced flares in her patients. I still see the inconvenience of a flare as preferable to contracting Covid-19.
