MGers are more likely to get other autoimmune diseases, and some of those cause pain. I have two of those. (Fibro myalgia and arthritis).
Something else to remember is that Mestinon can cause extremely painful muscle cramp, which can leave the muscle sore for days.
My symptoms are constantly changing with MG. For now, though, it is mostly controlled. Earlier this week when a bad weather system went through, my voice was weak, my speech was slured, and I felt like my left leg was dragging when I walked. This is why it important to listen to your body, and have a good neuro that you trust; one who will listen to you.
