Hi, new here and looking for some advice from people who have previous experience or knowledge. A little background first:

7 year-old daughter is awaiting tests for MG after being referred to a neurologist for bilateral ptosis. Neurologist seems reasonably confident that she may have MG, though has indicated ocular MG only at this point.

She has always got tired very easily, to the point where we would always consider her needs first rather than her younger siblings, which never seemed quite 'normal'. Ptosis first became very apparent earlier this year, but may have been there a year ago, but not as obviously. She suffers from occasional migraine (no known cause). Ptosis is clearly much worse when she is tired or has been reading/focusing on computer screen for a while and was more pronounced when the neurologist carried out the look-up test. Returning to school for the new term has proved challenging as she is exhausted by the end of the week.

My questions:

1) In the last fortnight, she has developed facial twitching, bilaterally from the mouth sideways, often reaching the eye and causing her to squint. In mornings, it is barely apparent, but by evenings is much more pronounced. Is this consistent with MG?

2) She is small for her age (8 in Dec), fitting comfortably in age 5-6 clothing. Despite being a healthy 8lb 4oz at birth, she dropped off the growth charts after her first year, though our GP was unconcerned. Is growth delay common in MG patients?

Those are the main questions at present... I'm sure I have plenty more haha, but these will serve as starters.
