To clean up and dress uo to go out. Sweats and pj pants the outfit of the day. I decided io have French toast today and could not clean it up had to sit down. Took a shower and was barely able to dry off and dress. Let hair dry on it's own and laid down. I never feel any better than that. So many of you work etc. What's wrong with me?
