When you mention you are quite breathless throughout entire routine I assume the breathless is from the swimming and not youre MG. Make sure you pay close attention to your breathing and how your body responds.
From personal experience I made some major gains with my MG when I was able to swim. However, when my MG flared up I had to stop. I also had problems the days the water temperature was either to warm or to cold.
