Definitely irritable! Some of it from lack of sleep from the steroids keeping you up. In a few months you may be able to ask your doc to switch to an every other day dosing. This may help with some of the side effects. Good luck!
Hang in there. it makes me irritable too. Pay attention to eye sight as i had a cataract bloom very quickly at this dose and have a opthalmologist tracking it.

I have never taken Prednisone.
My hope for anyone is that once you have started it, that at some point you will be able to get off of it.
Best wishes for peace,

She started me off at a low dose because i am very small boned, she was concerned causing more harm than good. At 25mg i had weight gain, blood sugar went up and so did the pressure in my eyes- which was painful. Reasons why she weaned me to more tolerable dose once symptoms were relieved.
I do not get IVIG txs. saving that for future when needed. Oh and I did have emotions all over the place too. Good luck with your teatment sounds kinda routine from what others say. We all have our own pace.
